When drawing a Finisher Bullet card, create 1 Handgun Bullet card in hand.

Luke is a precision-based single-target marksman who thrives on critical hits and resource management. His gameplay revolves around generating Bullets, powerful 0-cost attacks that fuel his damage engine. The catch? His best Bullet generator, Rapid Fire, only creates Bullets on Critical Hits. Without consistent Crit Rate, Luke’s core loop stalls—making investment in Crit essential. When optimized, however, Luke becomes a devastating chain-shooter capable of overwhelming enemies through sheer volume and efficiency.
Tips coming soon for Luke. We’ll cover rotation, sequencing, common pitfalls, and team synergies here.
When drawing a Finisher Bullet card, create 1 Handgun Bullet card in hand.
When Luke uses Bullet card 3 times, create 2 Handgun Bullet cards in hand. Cards created this way have damage -50%. This effect triggers once per turn.
Increase damage of Lethal Design Cards proportional to the number of cards in hand by +25% instead of +15%.
Whenever Luke uses a Bullet card, gain Target Analysis. For 1 turn(s), Luke Bullet card damage +10% (max 4 stacks).
Damage, Shield gain, and Healing amount +6% for Basic/Unique/Neutral Cards.
Change the damage bonus from Target Analysis to +15%, and whenever 12 Handgun Bullet cards are used, create 1 High-Velocity AP Round card in hand.
